​​​​​All roommates paying their own deposit must register to secure their reservation.  All roommates must register/reserve within 24 hours of each other.  Roommates can submit payments for one another, which can be indicated in the form. Please read our terms & conditions for more information.

If you are requesting assistance with flight reservations air travel costs will be automatically added to your total package price. You will be notified via email with the new rates when flight information becomes available.

Trip insurance, while not required, is highly advisable.  Once your reservation is complete you will receive an optional travel insurance quote for your review and will be requested to accept or decline travel insurance.  Cancellation fees are generally not covered by travel insurance.

​*A full refund of the initial deposit is issued for reservations cancelled within 60 days prior to the trip start date. A refund of the initial deposit minus agency fee of $50.00 will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of trip start date.  Initial deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 days of trip start date.  Other payments (excluding initial deposit) will be refunded in full minus any cancellation fees or surcharges levied by suppliers and vendors for cancellations made prior to trip start date.
